Terms and conditions
The registration fees are due upon receipt of this form
by Alpha-Thêta SE. • Payment methods: 1st choice: Payment by
credit card. You authorize Alpha-Thêta SE to make withdrawals
on your credit card. Once you
take two courses, your card
will be charged. 2nd choice: Cash payment. You must maintain, at
all times, a sufficient positive balance for at least the sessions of the
following week. Any unpaid balance results in the immediate suspension of
meetings. OUR COMMITMENT • By subscribing
to our tutoring program, you benefit from the following guarantees: • No minimum hours to order • Meeting with
the tutor on the first day of class • “Satisfaction or
refund” guarantee on the first day of class • Possibility
to replace the tutor at any time • Guaranteed refund of
unused class hours • Alpha-Thêta SE commits to finding you
a tutor within 10 days from the date
of registration • Alpha-Thêta SE ensures the confidentiality
of all your information. TERMS OF USE OF SERVICES • The
registration fees are non-refundable. • In case of cessation of
services, we refund all unused class hours. The
client must notify Alpha-Thêta SE at least 48
hours in advance. • The minimum duration of a session is 1 hour. •
Any cancellation or change for an already established appointment must be
done at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged the full
rate. • After each payment, an electronic receipt
will be sent to your email. • Alpha-Thêta SE reserves the right to
modify any clause of this agreement by notifying the
client in writing.
